Return & Refund Policy

At Heininger Holdings, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • All components, hardware, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items returned damaged, used, or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Products that have been used or installed.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


3. Return Process

    Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at support@heininger.biz or use our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship Your Item
    Please pack the item securely and include your packing slip.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Heininger error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  3. Inspection & Refund
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship you a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heininger.biz.

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • PayPal or other payment gateways may take 3–5 business days.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.


8. Warranty Claims

Many Heininger products are covered under a limited manufacturer warranty.
