  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
For large commercial or bulk orders outside the U.S., please contact our support team for a custom quote.

Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.

You can also log into your Heininger.biz account anytime to check your order history and shipment progress.

6. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at support@heininger.biz within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, tracking information, and photos (if applicable).
    We will promptly assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
